We currently only offer delivery to the UK.
At Cleo's Tack Shack we currently offer the following delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. We deliver to the whole of the UK.
Dispatch from our warehouse is 1-5 Days Mon- Friday (dispatch apply's at all times)
Working day is classified as Monday - Friday. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day.
We offer free UK Delivery within 1-3 Working Days with orders over £35.00.
Express delivery £4.99-free orders over £150 (dispatch times still apply)
However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer than anticipated. See List Below

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Cleo's Tack Shack reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Cleo's Tack Shack does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Cleo's Tack Shack is responsible for the error.

UK Delivery:
All standard UK deliveries are free when you spend £35.00 or more and are estimated to be dispatched within 1-5 days of placing your order. However, during busy periods this may not be possible, but don't worry! If any issues do appear with your order then our customer service team will contact you immediately.
Each order is expected to have a minimum of a 24 hour handling time.
Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days and are subject to a third party service.
Any orders under £35.00 come with a £2.99 standard delivery charge.
Express delivery 1-2 business days mon-fri £4.99 orders over £150-free

Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, etc there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
All of our parcels are delivered through Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, YODEL or UPS. All orders that leave our warehouse are tracked to ensure a secure delivery service.
Want to track your order yourself?
It's simple! Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email which contains your tracking number to follow your parcels progress.
Pre-Ordered Items:
If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the launch
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SADDLES, RIDING HATS, ANY PERSONABLE ITEMS AS RETURNS DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGINE REASONS

Sustainable Packaging
The vast majority of our outbound packaging is now 100% recycled, recyclable and biodegradable. This has eliminated over 14 tonnes of single use plastic annually.
Our boxes are 100% recycled, our void fill is 100% recycled paper and the gum tape means the complete package is recyclable (please do recycle or reuse) and biodegradable.
Some orders may need additional protection, so plastic bubble wrap may be used, larger items may still be delivered in a recycled plastic bag. Often the individual products are delivered to us in plastic bags (we are working on these), so these will more than likely arrive inside our sustainable packaging.
Open your package carefully; if you need to return an item you can use it again. Please try and reuse your packaging, if not please recycle – if for whatever reason you can’t most of our packaging will biodegrade.
