Customers have 30 days to return any product providing the condition of the goods meets our requirements in the Condition of goods policy
listed below.

Returns are now the responsibility of the customer and must be sent back to the address details provided via a tracked and secured service, providing you have contacted via our returns button or via email to obtain the returns code, and followed the condition of goods policy. Condition of goods policy all goods returned with the exception of damaged/faulty goods must be unused in pristine good, clean condition with original tags and packaging, must be resalable and smelling clean. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our address therefore please pack the item securely inline with the courier conditions.

Faulty Returns
Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. However very occasionally items will arrive damaged or with defects. If this does occur then follow the following steps.
CONTACT IMDIATLY VIA EMAIL WITH ALL YOUR CUSTOMER DETAILS AND THE ORDER NUMBER ALONG WITH PICTURES OF THE ITEM/S DAMAGED.
ONCE THIS HAS BEEN RECIEVED WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR EITHER FURTHER DETAILS OR GIVING YOU A RETURNS CODE AND A METHOD OF RETURN TO FOLLOW FOR THE ITEM/S.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will replace the item free of charge. Should a refund be requested, then the refund will be made as soon as the item has been returned and if not received, then within 30 days of a RETURN CODE being requested.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
4. Cancellations
We try to complete all cancellation requests before the time of the order’s dispatch, although we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation.

WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING EXCHANGES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SADDLES AS RETURNS DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGINE REASONS

The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order. The refund will be made within 1-3 days of the item being received in the warehouse by ourselves.
You will not be refunded for the P&P of your item, but please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. If your return reason is not justified or within our policy you the customer are responsible for the return cost.

Hats/helmets are none returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
If you return the wrong item to us, we will endeavour to locate the parcel and return it, however on some occasions this is not possible. Please note we cannot accept liability for any returns deliveries that were not intended for us and we will not be able to compensate for the loss of these items. Any items incorrectly delivered to us that cannot be returned will be disposed of after 30 days storage. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL/ CHANGE ANY ORDER AND TO WITHDRAW THE FREE RETURN AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PREDUDICE.
